this mooncake is made with a thin snow skin aka bing-pi and filled with smooth lotus paste.
in place of the usual egg yolk is a round shaped chocolate and as you bite into the chocolate,
your tongue will be greeted by a subtle liquor taste which complement and brings out the richness of the chocolate.
i have just eaten the best mooncake in my life
